For account, Credit balance, round delivery, refund, privacy or content questions, email cnvx.studio@gmail.com.
Include the relevant order or round reference and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers or security codes.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed manually by email. Include your account email, order reference, purchase date and the reason for your request. A request does not mean a refund is approved or complete.
Read the Refund Policy for the 7-day unused-purchase rule, delivery problems and other refund grounds.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Explain which account or record the request concerns; we may need limited information to verify it.

Content reports and appeals
Use the subject “Content report” or “Content appeal”. Include a page, scene or round reference and your concern; a playback timestamp can help. Do not download, attach or redistribute illegal imagery.
